Construction of NDLEA Barracks

This ongoing project involves the construction of modern residential accommodation within the NDLEA Barracks in Adamawa State. The development consists of two blocks of semi-detached buildings, each containing eight units of two-bedroom flats, making a total of sixteen residential units designed specifically for narcotic agents. The project scope includes comprehensive site development, structural construction, mechanical and electrical installations, finishing works, and external infrastructure such as drainage, access roads, and utility connections. The design prioritizes security, durability, and comfort, ensuring that personnel have access to safe and well-structured living environments. Blue Sea Services Limited is executing the project with a strong focus on quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery. Upon completion, the barracks will significantly improve staff welfare, operational readiness, and institutional capacity for the NDLEA in the region.
