Mohammed Abdullahi Umar holds a B.Eng. in Civil & Water Resources Engineering from the University of Maiduguri (2009) and brings over 12 years of hands-on technical and operational experience to the board. He is a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE No. 36620), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN R38066).
